Dale Rehfeld is a luxury real estate agent with Engel & Völkers, a boutique international brokerage known for its elevated approach to high-end property sales. Dale had the reputation and the relationships. His social presence wasn't set up to support them yet.
I grew up in a multi-generational real estate family, shadowing Dale at the office, on shoots, and at Matterport jobs. That background meant I came into this knowing the industry, the work, and what resonates with buyers and sellers at the luxury end of the market.
The goal was to get the infrastructure right, establish a content direction that fit him, and produce listing content that showed what the approach looked like in practice.
